Meridian coordinated multimodal freight across four disconnected tools, and reconciling them was a manual morning ritual. We designed a single control tower: one live map of every movement, a unified exception queue, and a data layer that normalizes feeds from carriers, customs brokers, and internal systems into one vocabulary.

Solution & result
Four legacy tools were retired in favour of one platform. Morning reconciliation disappeared, exceptions surface the moment they occur instead of hours later, and the operations team works from a single shared picture across every mode.
